The redevelopment currently underway will transform the site into a master-planned community where residents can live, work and grow as one. The active redevelopment will redefine style and modern urban living in Toronto. The project will bring approximately 2,896 residential units in eight architecturally distinct high-rise towers, of which 150 units will be affordable units. In addition to condos on the 8-acre park, Galleria envisions approximately 300,00 square feet of modern retail and 20,000 square feet of office space—all tailored to meet the rising creative and tech booms in the city.
